Please select a Membership Amount and the corresponding Membership Type from the dropdown. You also have the option of writing a comment. Select "One-time" (default) or "Annually". Then click Next.

Please enter your first name, last name, email address, phone, zip code, city, and state. This information will be used as the billing name and address and should match the card used on the next screen. Optionally, you can enter additional names and/or email addresses that you would like associated with the membership. Click Next.

Please select either CARD or PAYPAL. If you select CARD, enter the card number, expiration date and CVC Code. If you select PAYPAL, you will be taken to the PayPal payment screen and then return. Please consider selecting the processing fee checkbox to ensure that the total membership donation goes to the Friends of Bolton Lakes. Click "I am not a robot." Then click the Donate button. You should then receive an email to thank you for your membership donation. If you selected PayPal, your thank-you email will come from PayPal. FBL will send a membership/donation acknowledgement email at the end of each month for donations made that month. It will include the information you  need for your charitable donations on your tax returns for the following year.
